HonorHealth Hospital sued by EEOC according to EEOC:

“Scottsdale Healthcare Hospitals, doing business as HonorHealth, which provides medical care at a number of hospitals and medical facilities in the Phoenix area, failed to provide reasonable accommodations to employees with disabilities, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charged in a lawsuit filed on Tuesday. The EEOC also alleged that HonorHealth fired employees or forced them to quit because of their disabilities or because they needed accommo­dations.

According to the EEOC’s lawsuit, employees with disabilities were repeatedly denied reasonable accommodations, including assistive devices, modified work schedules, and reassignment. Instead of engaging in the required interactive process or discussing possible accommodations, or providing them,  HonorHealth forced the employees out of their jobs, the EEOC charged.”

HonorHealth Hospital Crooked General Counsel Shannon Fox Frazer tried to silence the whistleblower who reported that the hospital was committing fraud and violating patient safety and confidentiality. HonorHealth Hospital Crooked General Counsel Shannon Fox Frazer offered the whisteblower a bribe disguised as a “severance package” to quit his job. When he refused, she fired him along with other crooked HonorHealth officials.

Instead of disciplining this crooked lawyer, crooked HonorHealth CEO promoted the crooked Shannon Fox Frazer to general counsel.

HonorHealth admits to violating patient privacy in court during oral arguments in the wrongful termination lawsuit filed by a former employee fired by the hospital for blowing the whistle on the hospital’s fraud and patient privacy violations. The judge asked this crooked hospital’s equally crooked lawyer Andrew Ashworth if as the fired whistleblower had reported, could IT helpdesk people access patients’ private and confidential records, the lawyer hesitated but knew that he had no choice but to finally tell the truth, admitted on record that yes, IT people answering phones could access HonorHealth patients’ confidential and private records. Just as the whistleblower had reported and was fired for.

This is how corrupt and crooked officials at this HonorHealth hospital are. They fired the employee who told them that IT helpdesk people had no business accessing patient records and have been denying for almost two and a half years that this practice was going on and that they fired the whistleblower for speaking up and trying to protect patients’ rights. Despite the fact that HonorHealth admits to violating patient privacy, the whistleblower has been fighting his case on his own without a lawyer since December 2016. To all the employees of this crooked and corrupt HonorHealth hospital, this is what you will be subjected to by these corrupt officials of this hospital if you decide to do what’s right and speak up for your patients.

After so-called HonorHealth Phoenix hospital wrongfully terminated whistleblower for reporting that doctors and nurses were being pushed to provide patient care without having even the minimum competency to chart, and that the hospital was fabricating fraudulent training records to cover it up, he sued the corrupt hospital in court and has been representing himself.

The whistleblower also reported to the hospital that people answering phones in the IT help desk were logging in the patient system as doctors by asking the doctors for their confidential passwords and then logging in as the doctors. The so called Honor Health hospital in Phoenix fired the whistleblower after offering him a bribe to resign which he refused.

HonorHealth hospital Phoenix violated Whistleblower Law by wrongfully terminating the employee who reported fraud and fabrication in electronic medical records training of doctors and nurses as well as IT personnel impersonating as doctors to access confidential patient record system.

The whistlblower filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against honorhealth hospital and is representing himself in court. This is because although there is no shortage of lawyers willing to trip over themselves for accident or other injury cases on contingency, the whistleblower could not find a single Phoenix lawyer to take his case on contingency and without demanding hundreds of dollars an hour.

Corrupt and crooked officials at HonorHealth hospital Phoenix wrongfully terminated whistleblower for sounding the alarm on fraud at this corrupt hospital as well as reporting that private and confidential patient health record system was being accessed by IT helpdesk personnel impersonating as doctors and using their login and passwords.

Crooked officials at this corrupt hospital were fabricating training records to push doctors and other clinical workers to provide money making patient care even when some of these employees had not passed their mandatory electronic medical record training in order to properly chart the patients during their visits.
