HonorHealth hospital Phoenix violated Whistleblower Law by wrongfully terminating the employee who reported fraud and fabrication in electronic medical records training of doctors and nurses as well as IT personnel impersonating as doctors to access confidential patient record system.

The whistlblower filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against honorhealth hospital and is representing himself in court. This is because although there is no shortage of lawyers willing to trip over themselves for accident or other injury cases on contingency, the whistleblower could not find a single Phoenix lawyer to take his case on contingency and without demanding hundreds of dollars an hour.

The corrupt and crooked officials at this so called Honorhealth hospital even admit that the whistleblower was fired in retaliation to his reporting and everything he reported was indeed true. YET, for almost two years, this corrupt hopsital, its crooked CEO and a plethora of crooked officials have falsely accused the whistlblower of being a bad employee.

To all Honorhealth hospital employees who care about the patients and want to do the right thing and report violations of law at this corrupt hospital, this is what this hospital’s crooked officials did to me. They fired me after making up false reasons and then they are spending years and untold amount of dollars on lying lawyers who do all they can to paint me as a bad employee.

This is the price I have had to pay for standing up for patient rights and safety and doing whats right.
