After so-called HonorHealth Phoenix hospital wrongfully terminated whistleblower for reporting that doctors and nurses were being pushed to provide patient care without having even the minimum competency to chart, and that the hospital was fabricating fraudulent training records to cover it up, he sued the corrupt hospital in court and has been representing himself.

The whistleblower also reported to the hospital that people answering phones in the IT help desk were logging in the patient system as doctors by asking the doctors for their confidential passwords and then logging in as the doctors. The so called Honor Health hospital in Phoenix fired the whistleblower after offering him a bribe to resign which he refused.
